Gather requirements for Migration and Growth Projects (Medium to large scale projects)
Review BVD (Business Vision Document) to determine changes required
Review RFP (Request for Proposals)
Review BAR (Benefit & Administration Review)
Work with Enrollment BA to identify non-standard data elements impacting the clinical files to CommunityCare by attending PRD (Project Requirements Document) and SSD (Solution Summary Document) reviews and requirements and, gathering sessions group Structure sessions/review
Create Spec House Requirements for CSP via user stories in Rally
Review requirements with all business, CSP, project team, Configuration BA, QA BA
Facilitate CommunityCare Deep Dive to identify enhancements/functionality changes to accommodate needs of new project
Identify Assessments Required by the Business
Facilitate initial review of required Assessments with Business and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) throughout Configuration, QA and Warranty phases of the project
Participate in Assessment template development as requested by the Configuration and QA Bas
Facilitate meeting with Business and Configuration BA to present Assessment for review in the CommunityCare QA environment
The Implementation BA will identify and draft new Rule user story(s) associated with a Project in collaboration with the Configuration BA
Submit Work Requests to CommunityCare Work Requests SharePoint site for the following:a.Enhancementsb. Configuration Changesc. Data Exchange d. Data Integratione. Assessmentsi. If assessments are required with no changes, identify all assessments that will be utilized and record in a single work request-In collaboration with Configuration and QA BAs, create Jira user stories approved by Governance Committee for all activities requiring Altruista development team c. Obtain approval of all Jira user stories by the Business
Assist with testing configuration and enhancement QA, as needed
Serve as SME throughout Implementation and Warranty phases of the project
In conjunction with QA BA, complete all post-production validation of Membership and Provider file data to CommunityCare

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience as a Business Analyst
3+ year of experience in business/finance analysis
Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting
Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
