Job Description:

  • To provide prompt and courteous service in assisting our guests

Typical Work Conditions:

  • Located in the Lobby of the Hotel, hallways, guest rooms, parking lot

Equipment Used:

  • Luggage carts, copier, fax, phone, computer

Essential Tasks:

  • Greet guests upon arrival/departure and offer luggage assistance
  • Sweep walkways in front of building
  • Keep lobby area neat and clean
  • Deliver requested items to guest rooms
  • Stock gift shop, multi-tasking of duties

Knowledge/Training:

  • Fluent in English
  • 2 nd language helpful
  • Previous experience helpful but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
