Customer Service Representative (Market Research) - Part-time

Headway Workforce Solutions is hiring dependable and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about market research. Pay rate for the position is $15/hr. This is a 2 day assignment. You will be responsible for observing and recording foot traffic data at a popular shopping destination in the area. This data will be used to analyze store location and other factors.

Position Information:

• Counts will be conducted on tally sheets, and submitted at the end of your shift.
• You will record foot traffic within certain areas of the mall

Requirements:

• Ability to work “under cover” at a local shopping center
• You must be friendly and observant
• You must be dependable and reliable, and commit to the paid phone training, and working both days of the assignment
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Shift One (Morning):

• Wednesday, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
• Saturday, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
• Phone Training/Briefing: Day of assignment

Shift Two (Afternoon):

• Wednesday, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
• Saturday, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
• Phone Training/Briefing: Day of assignment

Compensation:

$15 per hour
