Test Technician

* Support light prototype assembly, disassembly, and inspection
Handle precision parts with excellent hand and and finger dexterity
Maintain documentation and reports by proficiently keying in data to a computer
* Support prototype testing and validation, including:
Service and install electromechanical prototype drivetrain hardware on laboratory and dynamometer test systems.
Carry out tests following documented assembly, test, and service procedures.
Record, review, and analyze test data
Maintain test stand uptime and utilization
Investigate stand shutdowns. Identify if due to test completion, prototype issue, or test stand issue, and take appropriate action.
* Download and post data, and perform limited data interrogation.
* Perform simple troubleshooting and seek support from technical and engineering support when appropriate
* Provide daily status report and make recommendations to validation lead
