Store Manager (Director of our Monroeville Location) - Full-time

Camp Bow Wow is North America's Premier Dog Daycare and Boarding facility with 5 Pittsburgh locations (Green Tree, Ross Twp, Castle Shannon, Monroeville and Highland Park) is looking for a Store Manager. Could this be you?

Camp Bow Wow provides a fun, safe and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp and receive lots of love and attention! We provide doggy Day Camp for clients wishing to drop their dogs off in the morning and pick them up in the evening, as well as overnight boarding for travelers. Overnight Campers play in the daycare program during the day and have their own individual cabins at night. We also offer a variety of other services including grooming, training, retail items.

We are looking for a Store Manager (Camp Director) candidate with experience for our Monroeville Location.

The ideal candidate will be mature minded, have experience leading groups of people and possibly looking for a career change that provides them with personal fulfillment. You will be performing many functions like managing the staff and facility, creating staffing schedules, interacting with clients, working with the dogs and creating a friendly workplace atmosphere of dog safety, dog fun, respect and professionalism amongst all the staff.

You must absolutely love dogs, excel at leadership/team building and be able to perform well in a fast paced physical environment. The ability to build client relationships by providing exceptional customer service is also important.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management/team building experience.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Sincere interest in working with dogs- possibly some volunteer work in the industry.
• Reliable and safety minded.
• The willingness and ability to work weekend hours on a fairly regular basis and holidays.
• The willingness and ability to be on call for emergencies.
• Own license & transportation.
