Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following;
1. All cashier job functions
2. All cook job functions
3. Assist in training of cooks and cashiers
4. Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers
5. Perform all daily paperwork
6. Handle customer comments and complaints
7. Handle disciplinary actions with employees
8. Open and close restaurant unaided
9. Maintain and keep clean and organized workplace
10. Ensure safety of all customers and employees
