Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit top level administrative, clerical, customer service and light industrial professionals; interview and identify temporary, temporary- to-hire and direct hire opportunities for these candidates

- Develop and grow our client base by marketing our services for temporary, temp-to-hire, project and/or full-time staffing solutions
- Market to clients and former clients via telephone as well as conduct one-on-one meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to expand our footprint and build upon existing client relationships
- Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with clients
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates to ensure both receive exceptional customer service
- Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance
- Participate in local events and networking organizations to solidify our branding in the marketplace
- Market top candidates to clients, former clients and prospective clients, qualify targets, set appointments and follow up
- Uncover additional opportunities through contact with employees and references
- Two years proven experience in a professional environment.
- Ability to resolve any customer service issues quickly and
efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer
satisfaction. - Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Is team-oriented and has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Is deadline driven and has a sense of urgency
- Is extremely organized and able to self-manage and be self-disciplined
- Has the ability to strategize and "think outside of the box"
- Can take initiative, be proactive
- Is flexible
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with a CRM solution perferred
- College degree preferred
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
