ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST Duties will include:
Ensure that invoices are paid timely and accurately to maximize discounts.
Ensure transactions are processed in compliance with company policies.
Receive and respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
Reconcile vendor accounts.
Prepare and enter month-end general ledger accruals.
Maintain Accounts Payable Aging report.
Assist in 1099 research and filing. This exciting position requires:
3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast paced company.
Oracle 11i Accounts Payable experience.
Ability to process at least 400 invoices monthly.
Maintain and manage Invoice on Holds and Aging reports.
