Lift Truck Operator

Automation Personnel Services has immediate openings for 2nd shift Lift Truck Operators for an international sheet vinyl manufacturing company located in White, GA. The lift truck operator is responsible for the supply and transportation of vinyl rolls and a correct placing of finished goods. He/she is also in charge of preparing the orders to ensure the trucks are loading correctly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Driving the lift truck
-Placing the finished vinyl rolls in the correct bins in the warehouse
-Supply and transportation of vinyl rolls to different machines
-Order picking
-Checking rolls for damage
-Responsible for cleanliness of the warehouse
-Strictly comply with safety rules
-Reporting to the warehouse manager

Requirements:
-2nd Shift Monday- Friday 3pm-11: 30pm
-A high school diploma or GED.
-Experience with driving a lift truck and experience handling big rolls of product (pole)
-Lift Truck Certification
-Demonstrate basic knowledge of material, methods, tools and equipment
-Have the ability to follow oral and written instructions
-Demonstrate the ability to maintain proper attendance and punctuality standards
-The ability to maintain order and cleanliness and accurate work
-Drug-screen and background are required.

-Closed toe/Closed heel shoes
-Jeans, Short sleeve shirt
-Safety Glasses
-Safety Vest
-Ear plugs

Pay rate is $12.50- $14.00 per hour based on experience
