Assistant Restaurant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager- 24 hour Diner

Pay Rate: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 (Based upon experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Assistant Restaurant Managers with experience in a 24-hour restaurant setting to join our teams at multiple locations. We are currently hiring for the Austin and San Antonio markets. In addition to overseeing the full scope of daily operations, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will serve as a leader and be instrumental in all phases of employee hiring, retention, discipline, termination, and development. This position will be required to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control front and back of house restaurant operations
• Cash handling and preparation/delivery of deposits
• Assist with development and implementation of strategies to increase sales/profits
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Administrative tasks such as inventory and employee scheduling
• Ensure exceptional service is provided to our customers
• Use, maintain, and coordinate repair of restaurant equipment/machinery
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance at all times

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Successful completion of background check and drug test
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with cash registers and/or POS systems
• Minimum 3 years Assistant Manager experience in a 24-hr restaurant
