Server : (Age 19+)
- Prepares tables, rolling silverware, making sure condiments are refilled and performing other checklist tasks.
- Staying updated on current menu, liquor, beer choices and specials.
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Greets guest within 60 seconds of being sat at table/bar.
- Promotes specials and programs.
- Treats ALL guests in the restaurant as their own.
- Deliver food and beverages.
- Pre buss and bus tables.
- Accurate use of POS system.
- Seat guests.
