Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is looking for a Distribution Specialist to work in the Homewood area
Objectives:
Support the Distribution operation by consistently meeting or exceeding the departments goals and daily processes.
Assist in all activities that support inventory accuracy, on-time delivery of product and customer (internal & external) satisfaction.
Properly identify and package manufactured and purchased product.
Process receipts and shipments via documentation, computer, and/or scanning systems.
Perform cycle counting at the direction of manager.
Assist in training fellow associates.
Willingness and ability to work overtime.
Requirements:
High School diploma / GED Required or equivalent.
Experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving environment. -
Ability to read scale / rulers, prints, micrometers, and calipers.
Knowledge of basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and RF Scanning.
Able to stand, reach, bend, push and pull bulky material for the entire shift and capable of lifting 50-70 lbs. Frequently
Fork lift certification preferred.
Pay is $13-$15 DOE
