We have a full-time opening for a Administrative Assistant.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Background check required.

Currently seeking an administrative assistant for a busy multi-franchise dealership. 

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Processing daily bank deposits for all departments
  • Posting invoices and purchase orders, as well as cutting vendor checks.
  • Monthly reconciliation of vendor's and manufacturer's statements.
  • Sending out monthly receivable statements, and follow up phone calls regarding past due balances.
  • Processing warranty cancellations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

This is an entry level position and we are willing to train the right candidate. 

Candidate must be responsible, able to multi-task, and a quick learner. 

Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus but not necessary.
