On behalf of VRX Networks, Headway Workforce Solutions is looking for an experienced individual with strong leadership skills to serve as a Retail Area Manager. As a Retail Area Manager, you will foster a positive environment through coaching, motivating, and mentoring while recognizing outstanding behaviors and performances. Your area will cover New England. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching and training of Store Managers and Kiosk Game Operators
  • Evaluates performance of the team and develops a business plan to address and manage issues effectively
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the VRX Networks product

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change through critical thinking, problem solving skills, conflict management and stress tolerance
  • Multi-unit experience
  • Bilingual is a big plus
  • Flexibility to work during peak selling periods including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Positive Energy with a “can-do” attitude

Physical Demands of Area Managers

  • Required to walk, stand, and use their hands and fingers, grasping, reaching, climbing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
  • Comfortable using tablet computer
