Job DescriptionDo you have IT experience or education? Are you looking for a customer service related position? If so, Kelly Services has the opportunity for you! Kelly Services is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Help Desk Support opportunity in West Fargo, ND. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Pay is $14/hr.Job Duties:- Providing support to clients via phone and email- Logging customer calls into Call Center system to analyze data for improved customer service- Providing dealer support to include order tracking, order entry, verifying contract prices for individual customer contract, etc.- Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems such as password resets, updating data in systems, resolving error messages- Escalating issues to third party vendors for data problems beyond first level fixes- Other duties as assignedQualifications: - Excellent customer service skills- Experience or education in IT or Help Desk preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook- Strong typing skills- Bachelor's Degree OR enrolled in classes towards a Bachelor-s DegreeFor immediate consideration, apply by calling 701-281-4850 or sending your resume to 4611@kellyservices.com with "Help Desk" in the subject line.
