For more information, please visit Supports the field by providing day-to-day operations management of the Retail business processes. Will be responsible for the management, development and implementation of process, programs and/or projects. Coordinates departmental and cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing programs. Supports field escalations and continuously looks for ways to create a better customer experience for the frontline.Minimum Required
  • 2+ years' experience in organizational programs, contract management, or related area.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or program management experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of and experience with budget management, including experience with financial principles, forecasting techniques, and the ability to analyze and prepare complex budgetary statements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently. Self-starter.
  • Strong program management skills and knowledge of best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Experience with team-based program management tools, such as eProject or Microsoft Project.

Education
Bachelors' Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field is preferred, Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Essential Functions
  • Develops project plans and creates work flows.
  • Leads kick-off, requirements and spec reviews, and other program meetings.
  • Develops and implements process controls ensuring department and SOX compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Works with other program managers and management to identify and address cross-project dependences.
  • Brings changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices.
