The Sr. Manager, TPR Sales will lead the Sales & Operations Manager, TPR Sales (SOM) positions and will be responsible for their training, growth and development. They will work with the SOM's on how to drive sales and service by developing strategies and tactics with sales and operations leadership team and presenting them in an influential way to T-Mobile Premium Retailers (TPR). This role will work closely with T-Mobile SOM and RAMs, and TPR entity owners on executing account strategy to grow business effectively. This role will ensure success of these specialized retail stores while working to develop direct reports. This role will ensure that key initiatives are executed through the SOM role on such responsibilities as on-boarding process, market level training, visual merchandising, T-Mobile processes and audit compliance while ensuring T-Mobile's brand is held to high standards. This role will work closely with TPR partner on growth strategy, compliance to T-Mobile Retail operating standards and other transformation initiatives.
The Sr. Manager, TPR Sales will travel _50+_% of their time visiting and developing the SOM while also visiting TPR locations providing specialized feedback on opportunities to increase market share. It will also play a role of strengthening communication and cross-coordination among the Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, EIT and Business Operations organizations.Functional & Technical Skills:

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5 8 years of significant sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building winning teams and implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results.
Experience managing sales and operations for a $1M+ market unit or segment
Significant business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience
Strong focus on customer and quality
Excellent communications and influencing skills
Demonstrates strong knowledge of retail merchandising and brand presentation
5+ years of account management and/or interaction with Sr. Management or business owners ability to work well and present ideas to top level business managers and owners
5+ years of successful business results in previous position(s) or similar success rate
5+ years of multi-market, multi-regional travel and business oversight experienced at traveling to and being responsible for multiple markets and territories
Education & Training:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience

Hiring, coaching & developing the Sales & Operations Manager, TPR Sales position.
Partnering with the SOM, the Sr. Manager, TPR Sales will ensure the below are accomplished:
Build plan with SOM & partners on how to build sales and service culture, improve their competitive positioning, shopping experience and create long-term profitability. Hold market specific sales and operations managers accountable to conducting monthly trainings, reviewing results in weekly sales meetings and providing competitive updates
Will leverage business knowledge in sales, merchandising, retailing and financial P&L to strategize with partner to implement programs and practices that will drive profitable sales.
Provide reporting and analysis to TPR partner and work with them to develop sales & service strategies and tactics to maximize performance. Identify successes, opportunities for improvement and trends to allow TPR partner to execute more quickly. Teach the objective, interpretation and utilization of key TMO metric reports and communication and how to drive performance.
Verify that TPR employee on-boarding related to new hire training, system access and log-ins, sales and training codes, and non-disclosure agreements is taken care of.
Operations Ensure audit compliance, work with 3rd party to follow up on any outstanding issues and implement an immediate plan to resolve.
Review and assess marketing and sales development needs analysis. As result of analysis will develop plans and actions to improve sales profitably through business operations assessment identifying operational areas of opportunity and action plans to improve.
Ensure communication of all T-Mobile sales, products, service and operational updates are communicated to TPR partners in a timely manner.
Verify that the approval and execution of all new locations. Work closely with principal on new store opening process and executing kickoff of all new locations.
Integrate with the RPS channel ensuring participation on Business Development, Account Management and Market Management calls. Training and consulting with the RPS team members.
Develop strong working relationships with TMO employees and Partner employees.
