Maintenance Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

This is an excellent 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor position in McHenry County, IL. My client is known for being one of the best companies to work for in the area and they pride themselves on their employee camaraderie. Currently they are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to add to their team and to work in a printing and packaging environment. This position will pay up to $75K and is a direct hire position with good benefits. 

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Direct and assign personnel to necessary tasks
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs
• Ensure compliance with Preventative Maintenance Program
• Conduct required training
• Recommend and implement procedural changes
• Adhere to Quality System

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• Must have previous supervisory experience
• 3+ years' mechanical background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Great interpersonal and problem solving skills

Hours: Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $75K-85K per year, based on skills and experience
