- Previous experience in food and beverage management
- Experience in staff management and development
- Working knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Experience in analyzing financial data
- Knowledge of planning and forecasting
- Track record of managing inventory and cost control
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Able to use relevant computer applications
- Working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

What's the "Team Lead"?
The "Team Lead" is the General Manager. In our case, the first General Manager Honest Mary's has ever had, thus making this position one of the most critical ingredients to our start-up's initial success.
Your primary role will be to lead by serving. You'll be charged with protecting the company's mission and values. More practically, the Team Lead's scope of responsibilities include general operations, hiring and training of staff, ensuring outstanding customer service and freshness of product, food safety, cleanliness, and profitability.
The Team Lead position may be for you if you're self-motivated, enjoy leading teams, and care to find meaning in your work beyond just checking the boxes. You're someone who's ready for a huge challenge, with potential for high reward - both in the lives you'll change, as well as the opportunities you'll have to grow professionally, personally, and as a leader.
