Principal Accountabilities
Must beable to rotate all positions: Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine,Tumbler and Spice Room. Set up machines, weigh, grinding, chopper, mixing,scales and to drive a jack. Set up and tear down equipment.
Cross-trainedwithin department as needed.
Responsiblefor completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties.
Alsorequires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weightsfrom scales.
Performingredient additions to tumblers
Abilityto operate the PFS system.
Abilityto perform multiple tasks.
Musthave good basic math and reading skills.
Work onthe production line as needed.
Abilityto read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product.
Ablitiyto read specs.
Must beable to rotate within the department and other departments.
Goodattendance and safety record.
Be ableto read specs
Able tolift 50lbs
Abilityto work flexible hours and or shifts.
Accuracy,precision, and dependability are a necessity.
Must bea self-starter and have good communication skills.
Must bea team player, but also must be able to work well alone

* HighSchool diploma or equivalent
* Must beable to read/comprehend English
* Basicmath
* Basic mechanical skills
* Right towork in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa orvisa sponsored by a third-party employee
