For more information, please visit The Manager, System Configuration is part of the Compensation group reporting within the Sales Operations Support Department. This person is responsible for the Operations and Analysis of Care Compensation System (CCS). The Manager leads a team consisting of a Sr Analysts and Analysts responsible for the support of our Care Teams.  This role is responsible for driving compensation changes that are fiscally responsible and effective in driving sales as well as customer experience. The Manager works daily with Care Executives providing leadership, guidance, insight, and innovative problem-solving recommendations/presentations. Qualifications
  • 3+ years of managing an Operational group
  • MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Superior communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize well, manage a direct team, while maintaining a responsive relationship with our Sales customers

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for ensuring operational excellence and successful adherence of departmental service level agreements
  • Align executive strategic direction to tactical implementation
  • Drive process improvements within commissions and other sales operations processes
  • Work daily with Senior Management, Care Metrics, and peer Operations teams to provide leadership, guidance, insight, and innovative problem-solving recommendations/presentations.
  • Administer and seek automation of compensation functions
  • Responsible for achieving service quality results, as well as being proactive regarding upcoming issues or concerns
  • Act as a process liaison for multiple Compensation Policy and Processes and working with other teams to ensure operations are being covered accordingly
Desired
  • Experience in Commissions, Finance and/or Care organizations
  • IBM ICM product knowledge
  • Compensation experience preferred

Education
Bachelors' Degree preferred. Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
