General Labor - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates will be trained into entry level roles at the company.

They will be taught how to manufacture/produce light poles for streets and parking lots.

This involves a lot of processes that will all be taught to the candidate.

Processes include drilling holes for electrical fixtures, operating overhead crane, polishing, operating bending machine and final inspection.

They don't do any electrical assembly or secondary work on the poles.

They fabricate and ship out to customers and electrical companies.

There is a lot of physicality and lifting involved.

On there feet the whole day are the requirements.

The candidate may be taught how to polish metal and use basic hand/power tools to assemble fixtures.
