Our Supervisors/Assistant Managers are hands-on and in charge of 'Delivering the Vibe' to our guests. What does that mean? It means you run shifts focused on superior service, superior sandwiches and superior training to ensure superior profitability. You work with and lead a team of 'wich' makers, hosts and cashiers to ensure great food in a unique, fast, casual environment. It also means you get bonuses based on performance and the ability to take on more responsibility as you help us grow. Supervisors can work a variety of shifts to fit your schedule: open/day shift, night shift and/or weekends.

Which Wich is looking for an Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor for our Park Rd, Charlotte location. The AGM will assist the Operating Partner with the daily operations, hiring, training, and administration of the store.This is a high volume store, and we are looking for Managers that are driven, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Applicants must have Management experience. Experience in fast casual restaurants is a plus, but not required.

Applicants must be available to work days, nights, and weekends.
