About this job
The job of the Pit Boss (shift manager) is to lead the Pit Crew to deliver an exceptional guest experience and to complete all food preparation and cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for all administrative tasks.To be considered you should have the following:
- A passion for leading a great guest experience
- Previous experience as a shift manager/supervisor in fast food or fast casual food services
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Ability and desire to work evenings and weekends, with shifts starting at 4:00 or 5:00 and ending between 9:30-10:00
- Leadership skills that include treating all Pit Crew members with respect, good time management, and attention to the details
