Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
* Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s.
* Handle daily bank deposits.
* Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
* Answering Phone and routing calls to the appropriate department/person
* Setting Service Appointments as needed
* Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, or automatic debits.
* Issue receipts, refunds or change due to customers.
* Identify prices of goods, services and total bills using calculator.
* Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk.
Cashier - Automotive Service
Qualifications:
* A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
* Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* One to two years of previous cashier experience is preferred
* High School Graduate or equivalent
* Must be at least 18-years-old
* Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
* A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
* Clear pre-employment drug screen
