CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR is the primary person to interact with the customer at the service center. The interaction includes greeting the customers and using sales skills to present our products and services for visual and mileage based recommendations.
SERVICE CENTER MANAGER position is responsible for the overall operations of a service center including hiring, training, discipline of employees, customer service, maintaining store inventories and housekeeping, and achieving profit plan, ensuring all environmental requirements are met and ensure all company policies are followed.
