About this job

Duties:

  • Create, maintain and manage QS Database provide support for the preparation, and maintenance of quality, manufacturing, testing, inspection, validation and product development related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of records within the quality control software and hard copy controlled documents, update files as needed and maintain accurate file history.
  • Responsible for initiating, routing, approving, releasing and analyzing change requests
  • Manage, investigate and analyze customer field complaints, deviations, non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions within the quality controlled software.
  • Manage and audit training records within the quality controlled software.
  • Conduct training
  • Create a variety of forms as needed to support regulatory compliance, quality and R&D functions
  • Distribute routine reports and data, compile data and provide summary documentation for Annual Product Review.
  • Conduct batch record reviews and investigate discrepancies.
  • Participate and assist in audits (internal & FDA)

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences
  2. 1 year of QA or QC Experience
  3. 1 year of GMP Experience
