Summary

Aerotek is looking for qualified candidates to come and work for a leading Healthcare company within the Westchester County Area! We are looking for candidates who have at least one year of call center experience and are interested in growing within this credible company for the long run!

Description

  • Handling over 100+ phone calls on a daily basis
  • Coordinate selected registration, scheduling, faxing, billing and reporting for contracts
  • Scheduling & re-scheduling patient appointments.
  • Performing insurance verification
  • Develop and maintain medical records to assure that all information is received, recorded and filed in the appropriate manner
  • Entering and maintaining information, medical services, claims and payments
  • Preparing daily action logs for appropriate follow-up by Case Managers

Qualifications

  • At least one year of call center experience
  • Health care experience preferred
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Details

Shift: Monday - Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm

Compensation: $15.00 per hour with potential to negotiate depending on experience and education level
