About this job
JOB PURPOSE\: Inspect, Level I assemble, and test service components. Assist with disassemble, clean, recondition and paint of service components.
JOB DUTIES\: Assist other service technicians with Level I / II responsibilities when requested. Visually inspect entire component for any and all indications of potential failure points. Assist or conduct Non Destructive Examinations depending on level of certification. Assemble non mechanical components. Hydrostatically test components to confirm integrity of requalified product. Paint components per Kemper or customer requirements. Participate in additional routine duties involving general housekeeping, non-standard service activities and any other service needs.
Qualification:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE\: Previous experience with high pressure flow iron
DESIRED EXPERIENCE\: Fork lift driver license. ASNT Level I/II inspector in MP / UT
