POSITION PURPOSE
As a Service Technician you will document timely and accurate repairs of all assigned repair orders while working in the shop and at customer's facility locations. This position will strive to achieve an 80% or better labor utilization rate for the branch. This position is based in the Portland, OR facility but will mostly be traveling to local customer sites to perform repair and maintenance on equipment
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 0 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Diagnose machines properly to determine the parts and labor required to complete repairs and perform all documentation accurately and as instructed.
- Accommodate customer requests, ensure vehicle is clean, and attend workplace trainings and meetings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Supplyworks product offering, service platform and processes.
- Complete daily workload based on direction from the Service Coordinator and/or Manager, following a first-in, first-out repair priority policy.
- Review all warranty work orders to ensure work is covered under warranty and properly documented.
