The Local Greens Green Team Member keeps our restaurant running every day! You are the host, the cashier, the server and the cook all in one!
Lead Green Team Members through understanding and enforcing all Local Green policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines
Provide the Greatest Guest Experience to our guests while promoting the culture, values and mission of Local Greens
Maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety
Fully comprehend and can perform every position in the store
Actively manage all store operations in the absence of the General Manager
Administrative duties completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with Local Greens policies and procedures. These duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling, financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties
Maintain a clear line of communication with the General Manager relative to store operations
Hold accountability for all scheduling functionality including updated employee profile information, nightly and employee log book entries, and weekly schedule production and publication
Work with the management team to implement financial goals and objectives as it relates to food cost, labor cost, and any other expenses associated with store operations
Actively coach and develop Team Members
Oversee every aspect restaurant operations
Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations
Ensures that the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs
Controlling day-to-day operations - profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
Working with area supervisor to develop the restaurant's annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
Operating the business in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws
Manage all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
Meet the restaurant's P&L, and expense goals
Maintaining professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
Minimum of 1 year of experience as salaried manager in casual dining
Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
$12-$15 per hour
