Must Haves:
High School Diploma
3 years of solid work experience
Experience in a fast paced work environment
Ability to lift 50 pounds
These candidates don't need to come from a particular background but they need to be okay with working in this type of environment. Work is very repetitive. Could be doing the same duties for 2 hours straight such as picking the packages, flipping them, loading/unloading sauces from coolers, labeling. After 2 hours they will switch jobs to give them some variety. They will be lifting between 15-50 pounds on a daily basis.
