Tutor Time Area Schools is Hiring an Elective Area Teacher!
Our Electives Area Teachers are assigned to a specific geographic area serving multiple schools. They are responsible for management and facilitation of elective programs designed to complement the schools’ core curriculum.
These programs include Spanish, Yoga, and Chess. All training to teach the programs are provided by the company.
Our Electives Area Teachers ...
- Our friendly, enthusiastic and energetic with customers, co-workers, managers, and visitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the families and children we serve.
- Organize weekly class schedules; manage class curriculum.
- Sell and increase utilization of the programs.
- Manage marketing and promotions of elective programs.
- Manage and Facilitate Elective classes at assigned school.
- Maintain and grow enrollment of the elective programs.
- Travel daily between assigned schools
We are most interested in talking to applicants that have...
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Course work OR degree in Early Childhood Education OR CDA (preferred)
- 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Ability to learn/ train through WebEx and/or E-Learning
- Must be willing/ able to travel to multiple locations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
