General Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Front of House operations

Provide leadership and direction to all Front of House team members and team leaders

Oversee and participate in daily running of shifts

Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction

Optimize profits by controlling food and beverage costs

Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation and quality standards
