The Prep Cook is responsible for the preparation of our quality sauces, salads, rice and meats while dealing with the high volume demands that we have at our restaurants.
Prepare and / or directs the preparation of food to be served complying with all procedures as outlined in training and in the company handbook. Applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures are to be followed. Ensure appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.
