Licensing Training Proctor - Morrilton, AR

The Licensing Training Proctor will conduct study sessions on site with candidates that are attempting to obtain their Health Insurance License. Help to motivate, coach and train adult learners on key concepts that will assist them in passing their state exam and obtaining their license. Proctors will also perform routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants. They will input data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame. Overtime is expected for this position.

Key Performance Objectives:
  • Manage communication between multiple departments
  • Manage communication to students
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of all training completion records and reports
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, processes, and reporting; administration for TeleTech global training platform
  • Obtain and maintain a state exam passing rate of for students of 70% or higher
  • Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with each training goal
  • Deliver consistent customer service and communication

Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of TeleTech's business, core values, and goals
  • Must be Licensed to Sell Health Insurance in your Resident State
  • Must be able to work Overtime as required.
  • Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client
  • High level of integrity, judgment and follow through
