Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Lancaster, PA with our partner, an energy industry leader committed to creating innovative and sustainable solutions that move the world forward.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will...

  • Enter Triple I and Triple E information into corp IHS system
  • Enter training information into EHS training database
  • Enter corrective actions into ISIT system
  • Various photocopying
  • Scan MSDS and new material review forms

Special qualifications desired:

  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)

Initially the schedule would consist of Monday through Friday – 40 hours per week until candidate is trained on the EHS systems & then transitions to 16 hours per week for 2 days a week

Pay Rate: $16.30 per hour.
