About this job

Financial services firm in New York looking for an administrative assistant to support there events department. Great benefits, perks, environment, free gym.
Provide direct administrative and business support to the Co-head of Marathon's Structured Credit Group, a Senior Managing Director/Head of Real Estate, and to a Managing Director


Organize domestic and international business travel arrangements by developing itineraries and agendas; booking transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations; liaising for conferences


Create and manage expense reports for 15+ employees including high level executives plus their respective teams;


Facilitate communication and keep up rapport with external clients to set up and assist planning out relevant business meetings; overlook/maintain participation and communication with any charity participations


Directly manage 3 high level executive's business calendars plus oversee 6 busy conference room calendars, prioritizing requests between 100+ employees within 10 different teams; coordinating catering for breakfast and lunch client meetings


Proof final layouts of PowerPoint presentations before binding on behalf of IR team

Requirements

Must have 8-10 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant out of legal, finance or entertainment.
