As an Shipper & Receiver 3, you will...
- Be responsible for the retention and verification of all shipping records which includes checking bills of lading , invoices and orders
- Verifies that materials received are as ordered in both type and quantity
- Route incoming items to various locations
- Prepare appropriate documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Prepare domestic and international documentation for shipment of materials , parts , finished goods and related items
- Check items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities , destination and routing are correct
- Maintain files and records of shipping/receiving documents for domestic and international transactions
- Upload incoming deliveries
- Verify that materials received are as ordered in both type and quantity
- Route incoming shipments to proper departments or destination
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- 2-5 years of related experience in shipping and receiving
- SAP experience preferred
