FirstLight Home Care is always looking for compassionate, caring, responsible caregivers to provide companionship and personal care to seniors.
We are looking to hire compassionate caregivers who :
- Enjoy developing relationships with the elderly
- have a passion for cooking and an interest in preparing meals
-have an interest in taking seniors to doctor appointments while providing companionship
-can drive and accompany seniors to social events, museums, movies, out for meals
-want help with light assistance around the house
-would enjoy shopping with or for a client
-want to improve the quality of life for a senior who needs a little extra support at home.
Depending on Experience and Interest:
-Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, medication reminders)
We offer:-Competitive hourly pay
-Holiday pay: time and a half
-Flexible schedule: full or part time, based on your availability
-ALL SHIFTS available: mornings, afternoons, nights, overnights
-Ongoing training
-Full support during all shifts
-Employee referral bonus program
Our caregivers are direct employees of FirstLight HomeCare and work in the areas of Needham, Wellesley, Newton, Brookline, Medfield, Natick, Dover, Westwood, Dedham, Weston, Wayland, Lincoln, Concord, and Bedford. We conduct national background checks as well as drug screens.
