Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

-Performing maintenance on pneumatic/hydraulic systems
-Welding- mostly MIG & STICK but occasionally TIG
-Working with 480v, 3 Phase, AC/DC Motors and circuits
-Working with AC, VFD, DC and servo drive controls
-Troubleshooting HMI problems and loading applications
-Modifying and developing HMI applications
-Specifying parts, desiging and wiring control panels in compliance with NEC and NFPA 79 standards
-Maintenance on finishing equipment, folders, gluers, German flexo press, conveyors, palletizers, stretch wrappers, bearings, gear boxes, pulleys
-Identifying root cause and corrective actions
-Obtain a list of work orders and plan your day, order parts and prioritize equipment vacancies and break downs
-Building maintenance including dock levelers and doors and cleaning around maintenance area
-Going to maintenance store room for supplies and communicating work orders to prior shifts
-Documenting and logging work orders on computer using AS400 and basic MS Office

Some other specifics are:
Mechanical repair work and services in a safe, proficient manner on plant and facility equipment.
Preventative maintenance - perform lubrication and inspection schedules for equipment.
Troubleshooting equipment - Identifying problems and developing a course of action to resolve
Project work - new installs, modifications to existing equipment
Communication with production - understanding the problems and the needs of production
Assembly and repairs of small parts
Experience maintaining PM schedules
Have a strong emphasis on safety and exhibit good safety practices
