SUMMARY

Intermediate level technician able to provide a broad range of repair to used customer refuse trucks and concrete mixer trucks. Service work will be conducted at designated McNeilus service facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform a wide variety of maintenance and repair work to all makes of concrete mixers and refuse hauling trucks.

* Maintain necessary maintenance records.

* All other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably assigned by the employer or its designee.

* Interact with customers and promote service work.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

* 3-plus years experience in maintenance, preferably in vehicle and truck body repair

* Ability to perform basic and occasionally complex maintenance and repair

* Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic/electrical systems

* Ability to read schematics

* Skill and experience in stick and wire feed welding

* Must maintain acceptable level of punctuality and attendance for work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Associates Degree or 2 year technical degree

* CDL License
