Our client is a leading Washington Court House Ohio employee-centered manufacturer searching for Production Associates who are self directed, motivated with great leadership skills. Our company believes in quality of life for their team members offering every other weekend off for work life balance. These positions work a 2-2-3 schedule!
Positions will lead to fulltime employment with 90 days of good attendance!

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures Manufacturing procedures and processes Equipment operations (set-up, production goals and quality control) Ensures that all equipment is operated and maintained properly Ensures that a product produced meets quality specifications. Assists with troubleshooting problems on production lines. Maintains effective employee relations and positive working relationships with personnel in supporting departments.
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma is not required Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving Excellent communication skills; positive attitude and team building skills
