Dispatcher - 2nd Shift and Overnights Available!

Dispatchers will be taking 50/50 inbound vs. outbound calls:

Inbound calls include:
-receiving calls from retail store associates whose alarm could be going off and providing light troubleshooting
-store managers calling in who may not be present at the store to authorize other team members security codes to get into the security system
-authorize retail sales associates so they can access the security system
-receive security inquiries and dispatch police department if necessary

Outbound calls include:
-following up with sales associates on troubleshooting
-providing security access to retail employees once approved by store managers
-dispatch police department if necessary


SHIFTS:

2nd shift and overnights available

Must be willing to work weekends
