Facility Maintenance Helper

Pay: $12/hr.

Shift: 1st shift, M-F

Location: Blythewood, SC

Start Date: ASAP

Description:

• Candidate will have a hybrid role of facilities maintenance and working in the mail room.
• Candidate will open mail room at 7am, and will work w/ USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS.
• Receive and sort mail, travel to and from banks, process packages.
• They will make runs to the post office/UPS offices to drop off mail 1-2 times a day.
• Candidate will also help out with the facilities maintenance - changing light bulbs, cleaning filters, up and down on ladders, work with hand and power tools alongside a senior facilities tech.
• Candidate will also do different types of audits on fire extinguishers, fire alarms, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous facilities maintenance or construction experience
• Must be familiar working with hand tools and basic power tools
• Must be proficient in working with computers
• Candidate must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test
