Food Service Worker

Looking for Food Service workers in the Palo Alto area!

Hospital setting

1.) Food Service: maintain kitchen supplies, set-up and refill condiments, dispensers, and food pans, Serve on food try lines, check for food accuracy, delivery of patient trays, stock patient care units with food and supplies, cash handling, request needed supplies from procurement.

2)Food Preparation: prepare food according to recipes, operate drink machines, mixing beverages, make coffee, prepare box lunches. Operate ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, slicers, and choppers. Prepare desserts and baked items.

3) Cleaning: clear dirty dishes, clean tables, chairs, sinks, counters, fountain stations, serving area.

4) Record keeping: keep records of the amount of food prepared, served, and left over. Check and record food temperature, fill in HACCP logs: dual code taste panel, refrigeration, cooked food, holding food, sanitation, and cooling food.

MUST BE available for all SHIFTS (first, swing and grave)

hours of operation 5am-11pm
