2. Confirming food quality and order standards are met!
- Throw out product when it does not meet quality specs, food safety or temp standards
- If orders take longer than 3 minutes, I help the assembler and/or cook
- Communicate to the Manager on Duty if time standards are not being met
- If I receive a guest complaint, I fix it immediately
3. Keeping the area neat, clean, organized and well-stocked!
- Wipe counters and area in between and during production
- Quickly clean up spills
- Keep area well-ctocked, neat and organized
Requirements And Working Conditions!
- 6 months guest service experience preferred
- Must be genuine, outgoing, upbeat, positive and model appearance standards
- Must demonstrate a desire to serve guests and possess great guest relations skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, Ability to multitask, Strive for excellence
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, Self Esteem
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
- Continuous use of hands and arms
- Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
