POSITION SUMMARY

Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general administrative support for the Medicare Risk Adjustment Compliance Management team. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companys general administrative activities.

Fundamental Components:

Coordinates meeting and event arrangements to include: updating calendars; scheduling meetings, room reservations, hospitality and travel arrangements.

Training new staff on departmental technical applications

Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software such as Power Point, Excel, Word etc.

Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, documents, orders and statistical data such as charts, tables and graphs from written, typed, or verbal instructions.

Medical record retrieval from various applications.

Organizes and maintains files of management and departmental correspondence, records etc

Other duties as assigned by management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

1+ years of administrative or technical support experience.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, meet deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders.

Preferably with some background in a medical facility and/or medical records.

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

Opportunity to work from home, but must be local to the Atlanta office.
