At a base level, we train Customer Service Representatives to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the Greater Allentown consumer market. We are looking for ambitious representatives that are as hungry for growth as we are. We are looking to expand and are quickly promoting only those with a student mentality and ambitious attitude to branch management and corporate trainer. On a management level, we act as an advisory agent to marketing firms within the organization as well as preparing recently-promoted Managing Partners to oversee new markets and campaigns.

Entry Qualification:

• Local Candidates Only

• Associate's degree in related field (preferred, not required)

• (0) zero to (5) five years of relevant experience, however we offer paid training

• Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure
