Distribution Coordinator

The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for all expedites and creating loads for the Dynacor division.

• Work with sterilizer and production teams to determine release dates of finished goods.
• Create stock transfer orders or sales orders through SAP for all items moved to the FedEx line on a daily basis.
• Analyze expedite reports to determine pulls for FedEx to fill back orders or stock at branches
• Work with customer service/reroute teams to move back orders to the determined shipping facility (SAP)
• Create pick sheets and provide to shipping teams follow-up with tracking reports to verify shipments completed.
• Analyze forecast/ordering patterns to determine charge codes for re-routes.

Qualification

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 1 year prior work experience.
• At least 1 year of warehouse/shipping and manufacturing experience.

Additional

• Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
• Experience in reviewing and reconnecting on actions and with people to ensure the completion of the task.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant Work Experience

• Previous warehouse shipping experience.
• SAP knowledge.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure while possessing exceptional sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently in a diverse work environment.
• Proven ability to follow involved instructions, troubleshoot issues, schedule, organize, coordinate, train, and prepare operating procedures with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
